Founder and President, Mr. Bobby Joe Franklin
Mr. Franklin has worked in technology businesses since 1988 and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and Associate Degree in Computer Science from Ambassador College in Pasadena, California circa 1987. His career has included programming in mainframe languages, enterprise connectivity design and support, and large account enterprise sales for the last 23 years.
Vice President of Sales and Head of Calgary Office, Mr. Joseph Hackett
Mr. Hackett holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mount Royal University circa 2009. In addition, Mr. Hackett holds a Canadian Securities Certificate from the Canadian Securities Institute. Mr. Hackett has worked in a variety of positions since 2009 including accounting and export operations reporting. The last 3 years he has worked exclusively in Enterprise Client and Pre-Technical Sales and holds sales and technical certifications from numerous vendors including DELL, EMC, and VM*WARE.
RTS Canada Operations, Ms. Luna Helal
Ms. Luna Helal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Calgary circa 2011. Ms. Helal is fluent in Arabic, English, Russian and Spanish. Her role at RTS Canada is comprised of purchasing for contracts, export shipment documentation and reporting, and logistics management on all international shipments with vendors. Most recently she completed a Certificate of Supply Chain Management at Mount Royal University 2015.
RTS Sales Team, Mr. Pedro Rafael Denis and Mr. David Miyares
Mr. Pedro Rafael Denis and Mr. David Miyares are both key members of the RTS sales team. They work exclusively in product costs sourcing and translation services in the preparation of contract offers for our international clients.
